We offer our professionalism and knowledge, gained in over 40 years of experience, designing and supplying machines with cutting-edge features.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\r\n

– Horizontal single-screw extruders in high and low versions with front or rear screw extraction for the production of EVA – POE – PVC – PS – PP – LDPE – HDPE – PA – ABS – PC and other materials.<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/p>\r\n

– Vertical single-screw extruders complete with adjustments for adaptation to the extrusion head Extrusion is an industrial production process of the plastic deformation type that allows the production of pieces of various shapes, for example (tubes, profiles).<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\r\n

In extrusion forming, the material is pushed thanks to a screw through an opening.<\/span><\/span> The final shape of the polymer (which flows continuously) depends on the geometry of the opening.<\/span><\/span> We are able to supply complete extrusion lines, from the loading of raw materials, to mixing, to extrusion, up to the roller conveyor for cooling, trimming and film rolling, with fully automatic systems.<\/span><\/span> We also provide assembly and testing services.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\r\n
